Make payment within 3 days after confirmation/Set up COD

Kindly notify us after you have made payment

Items will be delivered within 1-4 working days. Deliveries will only be made on every Mondays. (we will inform you of any delays or changes)

Payment can be made via bank transaction

Items will be delivered via PosLaju and Pos Express

-Reservations can be made upon request

-All items are non-refundable

-Payment should be made within 3 days from the date of confirmation or else your order will be void. Please inform us when you have made payment

-All item price is not inclusive of delivery fee. Extra charges for items sent via mail/PosLaju depending on number of items and location

-ANN Boutique will not be held responsible for any damages/losses during the delivery process

-Please be informed that all transactions will be done online, we always do careful inspection to goods orders before delivery. We do not accept return or exchange

-Shipment in Malaysia ONLY

-Color of item may vary slightly due to lighting condition and/ or computer screen

-If you have any problem about the order system, you can email us, we will give our best service to process the order service

-If an item is out of stock, we will 100% refund

-As for out of stock items, customers can choose to bring forward their balance to the next batch or refund fully
